Well my FE are all put together and man they SUCK!! I am so NOT a creative person so I have a mish-mosh of stuff. Tried my best so no laughing IN my face (only behind my back please...).
For me it's all about the kids finding a little surprise. I officially hate all of you creative people though.... because I SO am NOT!!!!

Now off to bed. Must....Start....Thinking.....About....PACKING!!!!!!!!!!

I actually used out live just outside of WC and worked for Vicker's Tavern in Exton....and still have several clients in Chester Springs...so I know that area well.

This is our first year doing door magnets (and FEs, and Disboards, and...)

I'm not getting too crazy with them, I've got about five and most of them are 3x5 or so in size. Thought I'd share a pic of this one i made to represent Kansas! (though really I'm an iowa girl at heart!)

I did a really cute collage magnet for our door of pictures from our Disney vacations starting in 2001 and then titled it "Living the Disney Dream since 2001" and then put Mother Daughter cruise and the date..It turned out so cute!!!!

This is the first time I have done the door magnets too. I have done FE before ,but not on this trip...Too much since it is just DD and I alone.

Josie and I are getting Highlights on Friday... I need it bad...Cover up some grey Then I also plan too tan some this next week.

I know what you mean! I took Friday off to go get my hair done, etc. too. Grey is not ok with me yet! Some people like my SIL look great with it, but I just look mousey and blah. I envy those women who wear it well.
Can't believe we only have 11 days til we fly out!

I shopping and find retail therapy to be quite an effective solution to a stressful day...

But not today! I can't find the black pants/capris/caprilegging things that I have in my head that I want for the trip.

Shorts...FINALLY found some I mostly liked at Target tonight. I hated all of the ones at pennys and OldNavy seemed either SHORT or LONG which I don't like. Grrr.

It's so NOT ME to NOT have luck shopping. Shopping is in my blood.

And then, I was in the poorly lit dressing room at target, looking in the mirror while changing and thought "Thank GOD this isn't a nude cruise!"

When you see me, just tell me I look good/hot. It's okay if you lie to me. So long as you are a good liar

So for pirate night, I had envisioned this cute ruffly-front white tank/sleeveless top that I just have not found. Right now it's looking like pirate night will be black capris with a black sleeveless top. Not sure about a sash. Thoughts?

on the upside, magnets are done (chuck I'm so surprised you're not a magnet guy!), tan is coming along nicely, and Thursday I go get tortured, er, I mean, get my eyebrows done. (doesn't matter how many times I've had that done, I always curse when that RRRRRIPPPPP happens! lol).

And there you have my day!

My grey comes in from underneath so you can not see it if my hair is down, but if I pull it up it is there.... I know I will be pulling my hair back a bunch...Plus my roots are growing out...so it is time.

Josie and I are thinking about getting Pedicures in Orlando on Saturday.

I have found some nail salons close too DTD. We arrive at 10:45am and I see our hotel is booked solid so our room probably won't be ready yet. Sounds like a fun plan and I don't think we will have any time next week too get one?

Angie, have you tried QVC? They have a number of different styles of capris in black (I have 3 pair) and I've seen the sleeveless ruffled tanks there in white and other colors, too. Check out QVC.com and you can search for capris or pedal pushers for the pants and for tanks or shells for the top. Almost my entire wardrobe comes from QVC--right down to the undies! They have some really nice things, shipping is fast (like 3-5 days or you can pay a little extra for express shipping, of course), and even returns are no hassle.

For my sash, I bought a yard of fabric, cut it in half lengthwise and sewed the 2 pieces together so it was 6 ft long. The I folded it in half, sewed up the outside edge, stuck some fringe on each end and voila! Pirate sash! You could use fabric glue or Stitch Witchery, too, and skip the sewing. I got my pirate hat on eBay several years ago, but you could pick one up for a couple dollars at a party store or just go with a bandana. I'm sure you'll make a WONDERFUL pirate wench!!

Speaking of kids.......Denise, I meant to say what a handsome little man you have!! That pic was darling and I'm so happy the First Communion came off without ruining that beautiful suit!

Woke up at 5:30 this morning with a horrible sinus headache. Really tired and definitely do NOT feel like working today. Luckily, my co-worker took the boss to the airport, so I have an hour or so to play. Hope everyone has a great day!!!

I have a shocking confession to make. I know it is unheard of in these times and especially on the Dis, but I do not have a photobucket or any photo sharing account. I agree though, that pictures would be great if everyone didn't mind. I might get ambitious this weekend and try to figure photobucket out, but then again, I still have to totally pack this weekend too, so chances are not good.

Do yourself a favor and pay cash at the nail place. DD went to Florida a few years back and used a credit card at a nail salon and all of a sudden there were all kinds of things popping up her credit report including an address for her in Florida (where she never lived) and a Sears Card under that address. Can't prove for sure that that is where it happened, but she felt it was there that the problem started since pretty much everything else was paid for by her employer.

Ok, I am FREAKING OUT. I usually don't do this until 2 nights before. I did not sleep a wink last night AT ALL. Between what I need to complete at work, the Magnet celebration at work on Monday (Excellence in Nursing), my mother's 85th birthday on Friday, casting my show, attending a friends show, completing a review for a show I saw a few MONTHS ago, my nieces comfirmation on Saturday, laundry at my mother's since my washer died, packing, magnets, I ran over each list in my head over and over all night long. Tonight Xanax!

I will try to post a picture of my lovely family. Sorry can't join the grey hair club, I'm a redhead. We just fade!

Tink is my favorite, Chuck. I often wished to be the tinker bell that flies out of the castle, but alas I am pooh sized so I don't think that would work!!!

Hope to do magnets, might not get to tee shirts. And our FE items are not that exciting either! No time to be crafty!
