How were the fireworks??

It was a good podcast. they answered questions from the viewers about the ship, staterooms, food, spa, etc...

Fireworks looked good and they showed the show. The picture clarity wasn't good for the fireworks. Someone from our cruise was on the chat portion, but I didn't see them on our roll call.

We decided to skip The District on our cruise, but after seeing these pics, I really want to go to Skyline and Pink! I've got to try some of the pink Champagne.

We're up to about 14" from the start yesterday morning - still coming down in huge flakes, and expected to snow until roughly 4pm.

I think I found what I am wearing too the Pirate party!!! It is the coolest Jack Sparrow shirt from Hot topic...

We have had a rough go in the midwest over the past 2 days...I am sick of snow and ice!!!

Here is pic I took yesterday. We were out of school again today and probably tomorrow. My other dog HATES snow and doesn't go any further than the first tree then he comes right back inside!

WOO HOO! Just watched the trailer for POC4 - On Stranger Tides. I usually don't like Johnny Depp but I LOVE Captain Jack (and he plays him perfectly).

Here's the link - can't wait to be poolside watching it under the stars with a great big alcoholic drink on board!!!!!

I was just looking at the restaurants and bars on the ship. I want to go to all the bars. I guess we'll be getting a lot of beverages on the ship.

I am really excited! The photos they posted of the kids clubs look really cool! I love the Toy Story and Monsters Inc themes. My kids are going to love it!

I'm disappointed there is a 48" height requirement for the AquaDuck. I thought dd was 48" because she was when we were at AK in December. They wouldn't give us a child swap pass for Expedition Everest. I guess her shoes bumped her up. She had a dr appt yesterday and she was only 46 1/2". She is going to be upset if she doesn't get to go on the AquaDuck.
She will love the kids club, though.

My DS hit 48" last summer and LOVED being able to go on all the rides with his dad at the local amusement park (much to my dismay because he's still so 'little' to me!!!) but DD is only 45" and won't grow THAT much by May! She's excited about the kids club and the Mickey Slide but is disappointed about the AquaDuck. I tell her to keep eating her vegtables and maybe she'll grow enough but alas..... even that doesn't work to get her to eat her greens!!!!!!

Maybe pack an old pair of sneakers for water shoes, might give her a bump up to the 48". I doubt they would make her take off her shoes...

I was watching the weather last night and they said they are watching a storm that could be a nor'easter on Wednesday. Tonight's weather said nothing major. I like tonight's news better

Snow tonight but only an inch or so. I would love to have one week with no snow or ice storms. It's been this way for us since Christmas. We are all getting clobbered in the Northeast this year. Only 6 more weeks of winter according to Punxsutawney Phil......
