Disney Dream- 3-10-2011 (3 night)

We are all checked in too We are going down the night before and staying at the airport Hyatt. I am planning on taking the first bus out. Anyone know how early they will actually let us on the ship?

When we went in November, we stayed at the Hyatt too. If I remember correctly, we took the first but out around 9:30. I think that we were on the Wonder around 11:30. We had gotten a #2 boarding pass!

I'm looking forward to telling the kids that we are going on the new boat! We surprised them with 6 days at the parks for Christmas - we omitted to tell them that we are going on the Dream too!

I completed our on line check in back in Dec. Do I have to do it again? Does it let you know if you need to redo it? We are using the disney ground transportation.

Even though I had completed my check in back in Dec and updated 1 thing less than 5 days ago, with the enhancements to their system, I still needed to update a few forms. We are using magical express for our transportation and we had to select a port arrival time. I went with the earliest one available 10:30-11:00 am.

Anyone else booked as GTY? I'm really anxious to get our stateroom #, and curious if anyone else was booked this way already have theirs? I believe the lady from DVC said 12-14 days out?

Hi! I did not look closely at the on line check in signature form that I printed up last night. This morning I noticed that they have listed that I am now in a deluxe ocean view stateroom and not the inside with virtual porthole. Boo! I specifically requested a virtual porthole, when I made my reservations when you could first book. When you look at the ressie on site it has me still listed in a inside room; however, now my cabin number has changed. I am in the process of having my TA double check to see if I was moved. If you are part of the FE and notice a difference with your cabin number let me know so I can fix it. I am not changing mine until I hear back from my TA.

Yep, I added acourtwdw. The only one that I don't have is Morgtroy. I was thinking of adding the full list with names and room numbers in the next version.

I think that if you are using Disney transportation, you do not need to chose a time. Although I haven't figured out how to print without seeing the time. I will have to look into that too. I will keep you posted.

It will always say inside room because that is what you paid for but if the stateroom number is a deluxe ocean view you have been upgraded. Normally that would be a good thing. I too specifically booked an inside room to see what it is like and understand you're being bumbed.

Hi! Just wanted to let you know that I have made some changes to the FE list. Biohoz_man stateroom 8083 is no longer able to participate. I added Morgtory's cabin number. I am still waiting to find out if the cabin number I am now seeing is the one I have to keep. I know, I am whining. I am trying to convince myself that being upgraded from the virtual porthole to a real porthole is an upgrade or a even trade. Has anyone ever had a room with the real large porthole?

I've always had a deluxe oceanview room on both the Wonder and the Magic. I 've been on decks 2, 6, and 8 and loved them all. Deck 2 has been my favorite but don't know now with the Dream deck 2 having so few rooms. I'd like to know how I would like a room without a real view but would be happy with an upgrade if I get one. This is my second time booking an inside stateroom but I chickened out on the EBTA and paid at the port for an upgrade. Got the last room with a view. We will see what happens this time.
