great shots....love Anakin's hero pose! and nice almost a whole family photo!
WOW...love the seasonal decorations...although I am not sure that I am ready for Halloween...but it does get me closer to Christmas!
Oh I love the picture of Anakin in his pose. The photographers they have are trained well with the posing and photo settings. One of these years I swear I will be going to one of the resorts over Halloween.
Are you ready for Christmas?! I can't wait until the Christmas decorations go up around WDW and the Christmas music gets piped in!!! It's my favorite time of year at Disney and I can never get enough!!
I do have to admit, though. It was very odd the first time we went to Disney at Christmas. It was a Thanksgiving week. We drove from PA to FL on Thanksgiving Day for a week stay at CBR. We arrived at CBR and it was beautifully decorated for Christmas. Christmas music was playing instead of Disney music. We went to the parks and again it was Christmas instead of Disney. It through me back since I loved the Disney music so much, and it didn't quite feel the feel of a typical Disney vacation without the music. Now I can't get enough Christmas music and Epcot didn't seem to have enough last year.
Our DTD has a couple nights of trick or treating at the stores, stilt walkers, dance party, magician, story tellers, etc. Does DTD at DLR?
Anakin had a few seizures this morning, in his sleepHe is having a great day though. He is taking a break now, but has done his school work with great focus today.
We spend alot of time at QS restaurants and shops cooling off. Heat is a trigger for Anakin. He has been doing really well. He had 2 really little seizures the last 2 nights, but nothing between Aug 18 and Sept 3!! What a difference it makes when there is none in the picture!!
BBBRRRRRRRRR 60 degrees is winter here!! I'd be wearing a winter coat!! I'm cold at 75!
Do you have plans for a return trip in the future?

I have been off and on the phone today with insurance, the hospital and the ambulance service. Seems insurance doesn't want to pay for his occupational therapy for the months of July and August, nor for the ambulance bill from when he had a seizure in the pool at swim lessons in July. Praying is all gets sorted out and we just have to pay our co-insurance!!! Really hoping the OT part gets settled by Thursday when he has his next session!!
You know they might. I need to ask friends that I know have done it in the past. I do know that in the past the party has been in California Adventure but this year it is going to be in Disneyland itself. A lot of people are complaining about it too. There are always musicains and show type things in DTD so who knows. I will find out.
Poor kiddo. Glad he seems to have bounced back, though. How are you doing? I know it's hard watching your child seize knowing that you really can't do anything to stop it. I feel so helpless everytime I see one of Grace's seizures.

It doesn't look like we'll be back to WDW until the summer of 2013. We've been down four years in a row, but it looks like we'll be heading to China in 2012. Neither of the girls has been back since they were adopted in 2002 (Megan) and 2004 (Grace) so we're in the process of trying to plan a trip back for the summer of 2012. We're trying to add a couple of days at Hong Kong Disney on to the end of the trip, but I'm not sure how that will work yet. I'm also curious as to how they handle people with disabilities and if they have something similar to a GAC. Mainland China is not as disability-friendly as North America is, but I have no idea about Hong Kong.
We are hoping to take a 3 day DCL cruise in Oct 2012 when the girls have a couple days off school, but we won't have the vacation time to visit WDW on that trip and I really hate to have them miss too much school since they'll be in grades 6 and 4 by then. We're planning to fly down the day before the cruise leaves so we're talking about staying on site at WDW and visiting DTD for a couple hours that day, but it wouldn't be worth paying for one day tickets for all of us just to get a couple hours in the parks.
Since the girls are already begging to go back, it could be a long two years.
I am glad he is having a good day despite the rought start.
I so hate dealing with insurance...like it was your idea to use the hospital and ambulance services...WHY DO I HAVE INSURANCE if you are going to give me hassle when I need to use it! UGH...don't get me started. We are dealing with Boo's broken arm bills...he was riding a 4 wheeler...yep, kids ride 4 wheelers...so what is your point?! Sorry that is happened on a 4 wheeler and IT WAS OUT OF STATE AND WE DID NOT WANT TO DRIVE 5 HOURS HOME ON 4TH OF JULY TO TAKE HIM TO THE EMERGENCY ROOM. Is it my fault? I could keep going...trying to let you know I feel your pain!
Where was the fairy meet and greet? And how does it work...is there past passes like Mickey? Ab has to see Tinkerbell!
The insurance company claims the hospital where he gets his OT did not send them the proper information. So I called and reminded them to send the proper info. For the ambulance, they billed it as non-emergency, so that will be contested. Someone is supposedly looking into it for me. We pay an arm and a leg out of dh's pocket for insurance. So much so, that his take home is less than it was in 2000, and that's after being in the same company and getting small raises each year.
Trying to remain calm and getting it squared away. I know I will panic when the actual bills come in.
I'm sure your dd will love them! Can't wait to hear how it goes! Are you all packed?
Finishing today! Love the Splash photo! I love the things kids say(his braces might fall off) SOO SOO cute

He is always saying interesting things. His eyes don't tear, they sweat water. Unless he is sad, then they cry.
Today I am trying to figure out where he is requesting to eat. I think he is asking for Whispering Canyon again. My clues are there is an indian, you can get a milkshake, soda or milk. He's not sure if it's a Disney restaurant or not.
I remember totem poles at the Wilderness Lodge, but is there an Indian there? Usually he calls Whispering Canyon the totem place with fire places.
Aww! I have no idea about WCC, this will be our first time trying it! If that's when he chooses let me know how it is! I am looking forward to the corn breadand the canyon margarita!

I love that he is giving you clues!
I just "googled" WCC and there are pics of 2 large indian head dresses in the front of the entrancemaybe that is what he means by indian?
