disney dollars?

Do they still do Disney dollars or is it all gift cards now? My mom wants to get the little ones some for their birthdays.

I think it's all gift cards now. I could be wrong but I'm pretty sure. It stinks. I loved getting Disney Dollars for birthdays, dance recitals and any other event.
