Anyway to order Disney Dollars from anywhere before the trip?? Does Disney Shopping sell them?

I don't think you can buy them thru disneyshopping.com. I think you can order them from the 800-number, or you can buy them at a Disney Store.
I bought DS his at our local Disney Store.

If you can't get Disney Dollars through Disney shopping.com. you may be able to get a Disney gift card, and from what I understand they are acceppted just like Disney Dollars at the parks as well.

Yep, go to www.disneygiftcards.com
You can order them there. You'll be given a choice of the disneyshopping.com gift card or the Disneyland gift cards. The Disneyland ones have a lot more choices of designs, including POTC, Cinderella's carriage, train, etc, and they are accepted in WDW. My DS picked on the one with the train on it. You can get them in $25, $50, $75 or $100. You can also take it to the Disney Store and add more money to it as you need or want. We started with a $25 one and will add some to it at the Disney Store, as well as getting some Disney Dollars.
