Disney Dollars for Resorts?

Does anyone know if you can pay for your resort with Disney Dollars? I started buying some in order to save up for a trip--and want to surprise the hubby at checkout by pulling out my wad of DD's so the big part of the cost will be pre-paid.

You can, but I don't think they come any bigger than 10's. That's going to be a <i>big</i> wad of money.

You sure can! We did it in January 2000. It took a long time for the poor CM to count out all the $10 Disney Dollars though.
