Disney Dollars at Disney, California?

Wondering if they honor Disney Dollars at Disney California? Want to give them as a gift but only have been to WDW, so am not sure? Anyone know? Thank you for your help?

Yes they do. The Disney Dollars spend just like cash.

Disney Dollars can be used at Disneyland, Walt Disney World and any Disney Store in the US. Certain non-disney owned resturants do not accept them, though (I would imagine that some if not most of the resturants in DTD at DLR, for example).

You are pretty safe giving the Disney Dollars for a trip to the Disneyland Resort. Any they bring home can be spent at the nearest Disney Store!

Ok let me try this again. I tried to send this before but my computer decided right at that moment to hiccup! Thank you for your much needed advice. Someone is getting a very nice birthday gift next week of Disney Dollars for there upcoming trip next month to DL!!

Yes you can definitely use Disney Dollars. I got I got Disney Dollars as gift right before I went to Disneyland a year and a half ago, and I spent my Disney Dollars on a shirt at Downtown Disney. Disney Dollars can be used in any Disney store in the US (and maybe even world but I'm not sure). Disney Dollars do make a very nice gift for someone who loves Disney!
