Disney Document mail ?

I hope this is the right place to ask this... We leave in less than 3 weeks and haven't received any documents in the mail yet. We booked through a travel agent. Do our documents come directly from Disney or will the TA send them? Our TA is in Disney right now so I'm hoping they are waiting for her to get back to get them in the mail to me. I'm waiting anxiously on the mail everyday!
