Can you give me some details about the Disney Discovery Club at the Old Key West? Is it free to vacation club members, or is there an extra cost for it? What sorts of activities do they have for the kids?

The Disney Discovery Club (2DC) at OKW ceased operations several years ago.
Back in the late 1990s, the 2DC program provided organized activities for children a few times each week. My kids went on a morning boat trip to a ladybug release and an evening kids' excursion to Epcot. There was an extra cost.
Alas, 2DC at OKW is now history.
