I can't get through to order my DDE card. keep getting cut off. They say the person I am transfered to is on the phone and to leave a message. Then another message come on saying no messages can be left at this time. Then I get please enter 0 for an attendent. Then I get an invalid attendent number has been entered. This just keeps looping. Has anyone been able to order on the phone today? Also, can you order a DDE with just a AP voucher? The phone line before I get cut off says you can download a application from the website. But you have to have a Ap pass to log in.

I have heard alot of people saying they can't get through, but I have called 3 times this week and never even had a wait in fact the longest wait I ever had was like 5 min. I am a FL. resident and use that prompt so I don't know if it my be faster that way or not maybe give it a try and see, but it also only took me 2 weeks top to get my card maybe that could be b/c I had to renew

I got through right away when I called right when they opened at 9am. Yes, you can order with an AP voucher - I did.

I was told by a friend that called the other day to order her card and she asked why there were so many problems getting through.. they told her that the office is somewhat overwhelmed with the amount of calls they are getting daily.... and I can see why... 20% is a GREAT savings and there are a whole lot of AP holders out there.

I got through pretty fast yesterday morning at 9ish. Waited about 5 minutes on hole and within 20 minutes had my email confirmation letter. Couldn't have been any easier. Wonder if the time you call makes a difference.

I think this happens when they aren't open yet? At least it did for me.

They have new prompts at the beginning now. AP holders hit #2 and then #1. I found that you didn't have to wait through the long message either like with dining or CRO. I would try right when they open at 9 EST. I was able to get right through.

You can also get to the application through the FL resident page and there you just have to enter a FL zip code. 34741 will work. You can look at the dining places as well.

I just tried at about 10:45 EST and was finished in 8 minutes. Amazing.

Just another quick question. I see posted where you can get the DDE with an AP voucher. Thats great! But how long does it take to get the AP voucher? I am going in OCT and I am going to wait as long as I can to get the AP and DDE so I can plan some trips next year...

I received my voucher in about 10 days after ordering it. You can get it anytime since the 1 year term won't start till you activate it. You can purchase the DDE over the net and they will e-mail you a letter that you can take with you if the card doesn't arrive in time.
