If you mean the DL meal vouchers, no you are not limited, I think the only place you cant use them is DTD, you can use them in the hotels and at all the rest. in the parks. I liked it, I was kinda confused when we got them, but it ended up being really simple. If our check was $45, then we just gave them 4 $10 vouchers, paid the rest in cash. We never had to use the kids just for kids or any thing. We used them at The mexican place in FL, the pizza port, plaza inn, and a bunch of the snack carts. We used the Character Br. at goofys kitchen, and call Disney Dining about the breakfast in the park. We didnt use ours, but it was explained to me that it was like a McDonalds breakfast meal.
