Disney Dining Plan and the Candlelight Processional

Hi - I'm not sure if this has been posted before, but I'm trying to get organized for my December, 2006 trip and I'm investigating the Dining Plan. I want to do the dinner package for the Candlelight Processional in Epcot and possibly eat at the Rose and Crown in the United Kingdom. If I buy the Dining Plan, am I able to use this with the dinner package or is the package separate from the plan?

I posted the exact same question above, and the answer is yes you can use the DP for Candelight Processional. I called Disney at WDW-DINE this afternoon to confirm.
