Since the "lovely" online system will not recognize my Resort Reservation, I had to call to book my ADRs on my 180 date......current wait time over 60 minutes!!!:scared1:
No music and no reminder that you're even on the line.....just dead silence for the past 20 minutes. Weird:sad2:
 
I am having the same problem - I called at exactly 6:59am and am still on hold! This has never happened to me before.
 
Sounds like the website isn't working for anyone so that everyone had to call in then... Only thing that would explain the waits.
 
I'm trying to call from Australia, I thought they just didn't understand my reservation because of my accent :laughing:

Hung up when they said the wait time was 45 minutes...

Looks like we might be living on turkey legs, dole whips and anything else you don't need a ressie for :rolleyes:
 

Me too. The Dining Reservation tells me that I am beyond 180 days even though the Disney Website gives me an alert to make ressies today. I have been on the phone for 26 minutes with complete silence. Weird indeed.
 
Surely somebody has gotten through? Haven't heard from any of them yet...

Hi, I see you joined our club of ADR frustration. Please make sure you drop MS a message about the online site not recognizing your reservation. At least you knew in advance that there was a problem ....this has been an ongoing problem (at least for DVC members since October 2011) and no fix in sight.

If they are not going to fix the +10 feature of the online dining site, then they need to just stop advertising it as a perk. This is too frustrating. I went through this in late October when booking my May ADRs and now in 2 weeks I'm going to go through it again to book my October ADRs, how crazy is this that it's been 6 months now and still not fixed.

I was holding out hope that clearing cookies and temp files would solve it - because that seemed to be the problem last April when I was booking for our Oct 2011 trip. I was able to book online using my DVC reservation # then.

Even before there was ONLINE booking, I've NEVER been on hold this long. And our trips were always in September.

40 minutes and counting.....
ANYONE get through yet?
 
Keep the faith! After holding for 1/2 hour, I just finished making our reservations for 9/22-29. Got everything we wanted within 20 minutes of when we wanted them.

Made res. online this morning no problems and got everything we wanted.
 
I've booked two online now (separately), it didn't work straight away, now trying another
