Disney Dining Experience at Counter Service

Can you use the Disney Dining Experience card to get 20% discount at any Counter service restaurants in the theme parks?

If so, which ones?

Basically, anywhere there are table service restaurants (i.e. all 4 theme parks, and deluxe, moderate or above resorts) you can NOT get 20% off counter service, only table service. For hotels that do not have a sit down restaurant, i.e. Pop Century, I do believe you get the 20% discount. Here's a link to all the restaurants that are included...

Flame Tree BBQ, Pizzafari, and Restaurantasaurus all take the DDE, probably because Yak & Yeti doesn't.
