First I have to listen to this NIGHTMARE of a the "Miss Chipper" voice mail. I finally get pass her to a live human. I try to book the Cheese Tasting in the Food & Wine Fesitval where the guy tells me. "You can't book that in advance" and hangs up on me. Luckily for ME it went to the SURVEY!
