Disney Dining Card - Candlelight Processional ??

We are debating whether to get a new Disney Dining Card this year. If you pay at the restaurant for Candlelight Processional this year, would it be possible to use your Disney Dining Card and get a 20% discount on the Candlelight package price? We are thinking about eating at Chef de France but haven't made the ADR yet.

Last year you were not able to use the DDE for special events such as Candlelight Processional package.
