Disney Dietary Hotline?

OK, I am trying to become a vegan and now it is time for a Disney vacation. We have the meal plan. Reading in this board, I see that sometimes people can call a "Disney Dietary Hotline ." What is it, and when can I call them to tell them of my diet.

There is not a hotline but rather an email. You can email special diets (email address can be found in the sticky at the top of the disabilties forum) and they will email you a form and give you an idea what they can do for you.
