While we are relatively new DVC members compared to a lot here on the boards. We purchased in 2017, DVC and WDW have changed a lot. Some good and some not so good.

Hoping they contact us soon about a date and time. Hoping on Monday.

Tomorrow is the first day of the survey. Did anyone make the final cut? I haven't heard anything.

I hope those that did make the cut understands the wants and needs of the community AND can articulate them with confidence and passion.

Whomever you are, please represent us well! We are counting on you!

Be sure it is DVC. They would not be a scam but from another timeshare.
Don't waste your time if it is not from Disney. It will certainly be a marketing company either way.

It’s not a scam or a different timeshare. The email had a link to a Disney survey. If you do Disney surveys, you’ll know it’s a Disney survey. I haven’t heard anything yet. We selected this afternoon. I guess the clock is ticking down.
 
I didn't get this one, but I got the same type of email for having done a survey for the Galactic Starcruiser. The email came here: DAC70101-9A62-4227-AB37-5CB87D86BCE3.jpeg
 
I got one for annual passes today. I did the screening survey but since I no longer have an AP (didn't renew), it kicked me out. You would think that they would want to know why I didn't renew. :confused:

I got an AP survey a week or two ago & it kicked me out too, but I assumed it was because I did renew 😂

I never get these. That's one reason I don't have any level of comfort with their actual interest in actual data.

ETA - Not that my opinion is the only one they should be concerned with (which is how I read this after I posted it). :) But, I have been on at least 4 trips in the last two years alone and find it odd that I get emails from them but never a survey.

FWIW, my read from the email invite and the screening questions was that Disney's research wasn't about any current offerings or features of DVC -- but only to field areas of new directions/destinations. It got me anticipating discussion of, perhaps:
  • What is my interest in using DVC to book hotel, day use or other experiences at Cotino and related projects?
  • What is my interest in using DVC points in exchange for Theme Park tickets?
  • What is my interest in tiered DVC benefits (loyalty program) ... something they've hinted at since Jim Lewis??
  • What is my interest in expanded options through the BVTC?
  • etc.
