I saw the show and it was the womend from sex and the city and it was made to look so real...But I wonder could you really recover as she did from the procedure she had..I was scared that the ex husband was not going to let her have the procedure were you???

Definitely! Making that decision has to be so hard. That's why discussing situations like that -- where a difficult decision has to be made -- before the event is so important. Making your wishes known to your partner and your family is the only way to insure they wil know. Then you can only pray they will follow through when the tough time hits ....

Cherio. Deb was telling me that you use the term "Bob's your uncle" I've heard that before, it's kind of like "sure as sh*t" around here. As far as the reference to my4princes, Deb often refers to me as her 4th child so I guess it was a subconcious slip

But Happy New Year, Everyone! Kids were in bed by 8:30. Then DH and I grilled steaks and had apsparagus and Stroganoff noodles with a salad. YUMMY! Then we snuggled on the couch and watched 2 movies: Longest Yard and Hide and Seek. Both very good. A nice way to welcome in the New Year. And tonight we have a babysitter and are going out to dinner. Yippee!

Hi, all. Just home from the doctor. I have pneumonia via the x-ray. On tons of meds including inhalers, strong antibiotics, decongestants, pain meds, and good cough syrup. I may not be around for a couple of days. DH and the kids are on antibiotics too.

Oh, we finally settled on dates for our trip. Going Dec 15-22 next year so the kids don't miss school. It's just too hard for Rees. So, I'll need TONS of advice (specific park plans and what you did this year on what days) from Tammi and Elin (or anybody else who has been the week before Christmas). And Skunka and Marti, we'll get to have a beer now!

Oh, no!! I hope that all of the meds do the trick and have you feeling better soon. I also hope everyone else avoids the worst of it.

If our dates stay the same, we may overlap a day or two again. Happy planning!

Hope it was fun! We got this for Christmas and Terra LOVES it (me too!!). We have played it several times a day for the last few days because Terra wants to "watch a kwip". She has also taken to making up her own questions about movies and characters that she knows. It's too funny!
