ooo i was just sitting here watching the news---a guy was just shot in the area that my dad works in (hes a fireman)..and then gunman is on the loose---now im a big idiot and call my dads cell phone (hes supposed to be working tonight)...he took the night off and was sound asleep in his room--he jumped up and was asking why i was calling him from down the hall!

I don't know what I have missed yet but wanted to let all the concerned PMers know that I just had a very busy day - I will read the thread and then fill you in

Wow, I'm really behind. We got back from DL on Christmas Eve. It was beautiful and the kids loved the Christmas parade. My 5 YO fell in love with Ariel. He waited in line 45 min. at her grotto just for her autograph. He waved at her in the parades and told DH he was going to marry her. It will work out well as he's clumsy on land but quite good at swimming. Unfortunately, I missed most of Christmas. Christmas morning, I started getting a sore throat and headache by the time we got back from dinner at a restaurant, I was so dizzy I had to lay down. So DH had the kids open their gifts in the afternoon while I was on the couch (passed out). I'm still feeling sick but at least I was able to get out of bed today. My one son's birthday was yesterday but my DH explained to him we would celebrate this weekend when everyone was feeling better. Now, if only I could feel better by this week-end. I hope everyone had a Joyous Holiday Season and that everyone has a Happy and Healthy New Year.

Actually I never watched him on GH...just happen to know he got his start on that show. I sort of know a lot of useless trivia about celebrities. I used to buy every issue of Bop, Tiger Beat, Teen Beat, etc. Now, I read the more sophisticated Entertainment Weekly.

remember Day of our Lives ... Patch and Bo Brady...

well I met Patch at a soap thing that a bf got us back stage at, we wore patches on one eye so we could make him smile.. and he did! We got to chit chat woth him and my sis loved him so much she freaked and almost fainted LOL, I liked Bo, but he wasn't there.

I had so forgot about him. I used to love DOOL.

Heyy DDAers!

I'm assuming y'all have been behaving! I've been home since Fri night but have been so busy.I haven't gotten a chance to catch up on here yet tonight but I wanted to say hello to all of you. I have missed keeping up with everyone.I hope everybody is well and had a very Merry Christmas.

We went on an unexpected quick trip and spent one day at WDW.Joe was doing some work in Florida so Erich and I drove down to get him.We stayed with our friend who works at WDW.My cousin who couldn't take my Mom in Oct. took her for 2 nights for me,so I didn't have to worry about her.

It was unplanned and quick but we had a great time for our day at MGM!
This is where we were last Thur night!

I kept my eyes open for DDAers but didn't spot any.This trip came about so quickly I couldn't even make shirts for us but I ended up bringing the cold weather with me so I wore a jacket most of the day there!

Anyway wanted to give y'all a big holiday I hope I'll have some time later this week to catch up.
