Don't apologize! I am impressed that you didn't ask me to give you metric measurements for the ingredients!
Hey, ex-Pampered Chef consultant in da house!! I could do it in cups with my handy adjustable scoop.....ahhhh OK, I promise I'll stop selling
Actually, it was very useful as I can now use metric, English Imperial, American Imperial or cups - I just have to make sure I use tha same all through!
We have vegetable and corn oil easily available.
I'm going shopping tomorrow and I'll be trying it out on Friday
Now back to where I left off as I see I have the usual 20 pages to catch up on
ETA This looks yummy:
Pizza Bread. I fell in love with this when I was a cheerleader in high school. Our coach used to make it for our Pep Rally/Parties (awe the good old days).
I got a similar recipe off recipezaar called "Kids Calzones". You basically take part-baked baguettes or rolles and hollow out some of the bread (so they can't be frozen at this stage

) - I kept the bread for breadcrumbs for other recipes. You cook mince and mix it with pizza sauce (and something else - maybe fried onion?) then you get some grated mozarella and put half in the bottom of each bread, top with mince then the other half of the cheese on top. You wrap it really tightly in foil and leave in the fridge for 3-24 hours (or freeze) then bake in the oven. My DS LOVES these when he gets in from drama on a Saturday, as it can be in the oven waiting for him so he can get lunch straight away! Mind you, it can be a pain to get the foil off

I think I'd probably come clean and just tell her financially, you just can't swing treating her anymore. There are no more discounts for that period. The window for getting good rates had closed. And you really can't afford to pay rack rates for her when you won the trip for your family.
I QUITE agree! You were doing her a favour, she let you down despite you doing everything you could to help, so go to the Poly! You won it, you enjoy it! If she wants to sort out her own trip you can arrange to meet one day at a place that suits her budget - but I suggest its only ONE day as she sounds like the sort of person who'd keep you hanging around or not turn up. Don't waste your pixie dust - use it for your son! If you have one ticket left do you or he have a friend or cousin who could come with you? otherwise contact the organisers and ask if you can get something else for that amount (maybe an upgrade to concierge?) or (cos they probably woiukdn't do that) ask them to donate the value of a ticket to a suitable charity.
