Ok, so now I am getting my friend who doesn't DIS addicted to this thread. I emailed it to her yesterday & she called me this morning & had bought a tie-dye kit to try the Mickey tie-die shirts. :rotfl:
Lord it's catching. :cool1:

cujochurch,

Hi..your shirts look great!! What dates were you in Disney? We were in Disney April 23-30 and we saw you & your family wearing those same shirts. It must have been you. Or another family has those same shirts). We commented on them and have talked about them now & then thruout the summer...saying we should try to make yours. My kids & I tye dye and we were wearing matching shirts too...but not nearly as cool as yours. We did use the "Rainbow Rock" brand from Michael's. I think my girlfriend & I are going to try to make them. Yours are sooo cool! :Pinkbounc

Here's the requested Georgia Bulldogs

Ditto..........MidNite, I LOVE the MGM one, gotta go find a t-shirt to print that one onto since I don't have time to go to the store to get a new one!! You are fabulous, girl!!

The designers here should be getting commission checks from Hanes, Avery, and HP. :rotfl:

Yeah, WalMart is probably wondering what's going on with the Avery transfer paper flyin' outta there!

J&Ns mom made a rock n roller coaster design that I think has a Mickey playing guitar--look at her site.

Hi everyone, you all have great ideas. I was wondering if anyone has made a transfer with Mickey (or other character) playing an electric guitar. My DD 10 loves her electric guitar and would like to have her custom tshirt with one.

Sorry, I forgot to hit 'quote' in my prior post!

You should use www.cafepress.com to create your shirts!! They will do all of the printing for you, and it is excellent quality!!

Just a suggestion!

If I'm not mistaken, you can't print copyrighted images from CafePress. Unfortunately.

Maybe someone could start a little "cottage industry" and do these shirts for people? I mean the actual printing and ironing for those ironing-challenged. ...such as myself. :rolleyes1

Thanks to this thread I now have serious back ache;) !! I spent the past 4 hours ironing on transfers and making tshirts (I have made 15!!). They all look great. I will try to post some pictures later. My favourite is the Epcot 3D Mickey that Midnite did, I found a long sleaved white and grey tshirt, the white long sleaved is underneath and the grey v-neck tshirt is on top, it looks perfect with the Epcot design on. I also love the AK 3D Mickey one which I put on a yellow t-shirt only I am having a bit of a problem with it as some of the backing paper didn't peel off and I am desperately trying to get it off now!!
Thanks guys.

MidNite,
My daughter loves the Stitch or Treat design! Instead of putting it onto a shirt she wants me to put it on a canvas tote for her Trick Or Treat Bag.

Everyones designs are just amazing! I have some talent, but don't have the programs to create. Huge Kudos to everyone! :wave2:

I did this for Blueeyes - she will be posting her shirts when she gets them - I think they turned out great but I am a little biased!!

First, let me say how inspiring this thread has been. So much talent. I am awed.
Now, I have a question, perhaps someone can send me in the right direction.
I am trying to make a design for my son. I am using Indiana Jones as the theme. I have a clipart of the Indiana Jones Adventure logo but I am worried when it is enlarged it will show the pixels. How do I fix it so it will enlarge correctly? As far as programs, I have Print Shop Deluxe (not much help) and my son has some program on here called Gimp 2.
I really appreciate any help.
Another question, I know it has been mentioned here somewhere but finding it will be hard, what program do you all recommend?
Thank alot for any help.
Smiles,
Diane =0)

how awesome is this design for a pillowcase? Julia is getting one for this trip - I guess Nick needs one too!! Okay don't worry a boys design is on the way
