Disney Delaying Closings?

Hi I am waiting on closing a contract and was told by the company today that Disney has asked them not to submit and closings for the next few weeks so they can update their systems?
Has anyone heard this?

Is this only for ROFR or closings as well??

Don't know, but it makes sense that it's everything that involves Disney.
