Disney Cruise Points Chart?

Hello to all, newbie here and i'm not even sure i'm at the right section of DIS to ask that question....

Is there a Disney Cruise Points Charts somewhere? I plan pretty soon to buy a 150 pts package and i heard we could use those points to cruise if we want to. I found the Points Grid Chart resorts by looking at a DVC reseller but found nothing about a Disney Cruise Points Chart... Does it exist? Is it true we can use our resorts points for that?
