Disney Cruise Luggage Tags

Our confirmation letter arrived yesterday for our 7 night western cruise (love the envelope and letter - I Mickey Mail!). When you UK Disers have cruised DCL have your luggage tags and tickets arrived before you have left? We will be flying on the 4 December and not cruising until the 11th December? We will be using the DCL coach transfer by the way.

I read on the cruise board that you can collect blank ones from the hotel (we will be staying at the Yacht Club before the cruise) - anyone have any experience of this?

Our docs have always arrived before going, I didn't expect them last August, flew 6th August cruise not until 22nd. Arrived no problem, always recieved them 3-4 weeks before cruise date.

I also filled in everything online just incase they didn't arrive.

Can't see you having any problem at all, its only a week for you. They come by courier so no worries about postal delays. If they don't happen to arrive just see a DCL rep at the hotel(or any cast memeber if not available), they will help.

Our tickets came on time last year, and we had two weeks in Orlando before the cruise date, so you should be OK. This is after I emailed Disney and they told me categorically there was no way I would get them on time!!!!!

We've cruised several times and Doc's always arrive in plenty of time. Do make use of the online planner as well as filling out forms online.

Our documents arrived in plenty of time only guess who forgot the little booklet and the luggage tags??

I realised when we got to Gatwick and swear I lost one of my nine lives. I could remember exactly where they were and was all set to have my brother-in-law drive them up to us but DH had the good sense to phone DCL who assured him that as we had already checked in online all we needed to bring was ID and luckily I had remembered to bring a copy of the on-line contract.

It wasn't a problem either, when we got to the port one of the porters kindly sorted out luggage tags for us.

I bet you are wishing the next year away!

Philuk - were doing Beaches and Cream then Yachtsman Steakhouse on the same day - we will have to be rolled onto the ship!!!!!!

Elaine - I would be wishing the year away if we didn't have the wedding to organise and to sort out all our family for the trip!!

We did Beaches & cream lunch (as soon as they opened at 12) then Boma in the evening, not something I would do again, it spoilt our enjoyment of Boma, couldn't eat after B&C double burger, fries & onion rings. Best and most filling burger onsite.

We were going to just have a main and split a dessert but now I'm thinking we should split a main too!!!!

If I had to pick my fave restaurant in the whhoooooole of Disney Beaches n Cream would be it!! There are loads more piccies of it in my reviews below . . . its just the best!!!
