I wasn't sure if this is the appropriate place to post this, but I just wanted to thank everyone on disboards for making my first big trip across the country a success! Without all your responses and tips, my trip wouldn't have been the same. I sailed on the double dip on July 24th on the Disney Dream. Thought this would be a once in a lifetime experience but I'm determined to make this happen again in the later future :)

I appreciate that it was short enough to want to watch a strangers vacation and edited well enough that we got to understand the fun and good times you had!

That's great! Thanks for sharing. What editing software did you use? We are new to video editing but I really want to do something like this for our upcoming cruise.

Thank you for sharing. We thought our first cruise in 2005 would be a"once in a lifetime" trip-getting ready for #7 in October! Once you do Disney, you can't wait to do it again!

Thank you! :) Since I have a GoPro I use GoPro's free editing software called GoPro Studio. You can download it off their website. If you don't have a GoPro you can still use this software. Sometimes I use iMovie for Mac computers, which I find easier to use but the quality is sometimes downgraded in my opinion. If you have any other questions just let me know :)

Thank you :) and Yes! I keep thinking about my next trip already! Although it won't be for awhile because Mickey Mouse is a very expensive guy, I will definitely make it happen in at least a few years!

Thank you for sharing! I still am waiting 202 more days before my very first cruise and its on the Magic in February. We are going to the Bahamas also so I cant wait!. Did you purchase that bag (looked to be grey and white) in the Bahamas? If so, can you hint where you purchased it as I really love the size (love huge purse bags).

You are most welcome! :) In Nassau their is a place called the "Straw Market" I would say less than a 10 minute walk from the port entrance/exit. The vendors can be very pushy but for me that was not a to big of a deal. Start your prices low and don't settle to quickly. She started her price at $50 and I scored it for $16 :)

Have fun! Your trip will come sooner than you know it! I still can't believe mine is over after going on this website literally every day for almost a year!

Awesome, thanks!

I convinced DH to go on our first DCL cruise under the same pretense ;-) We're going on cruise #2 very soon! Even before the day you leave, you're planning the next one, LOL!
