Disney Cruise Line Name Badge

Can anyone direct me to a designer for the Disney Cruise Line name badge graphic or tell me where to find a clipart file?

Thank you for the suggestion.. but I don't understand her rules..

Do I need to supply her with a file to personalize? Because one of my issues is I can't find the file I am looking for...

She keeps referring to a Photobucket account... is this her account? and if so, how am I supposed to find it to find the correct file?
