Disney Cruise Line Models in hotels

i am just wondering if anyone had any idea if the models of the cruise ships that are in all the hotel lobbies become for sale when they swap them out say when they replace the dream that is currently placed for the New wish my son loves it and would love to get it for him it would make him so Happy
