Disney cruise items?

I have heard that aboard the Disney Magic you can purchase a 12x12 scrapbook album with items inside. I plan on getting that on our upcoming cruise. But where else do you purchase Disney cruise stuff? Thanks!!!!

Hey Maslex, where in CT are you? BAMB and I are near UConn.

The gift shop onboard will have some scrapbooking items. As you walk into the shop it used to be in the corner by the corridor. As soon as the shop opens, once the boat goes beyond 200 miles from shore, go to the shop check it out.

If you see something you like grab it, once it is sold, it will be gone until the next cruise. They don't have inventory in back. It used to be you could order gifts to be delivered to your room so it was there when you arrived in your cabin, a scrapbook used to be one of those items. Is it still?

I have a few things left over from our Disney cruises that I would be happy to share with you. Pm me your address.

We've done the Wonder for a three night, the Magic for both the Eastern and Western cruise.

I agree, go the first night and buy what you like then. They have an album with the year and DCL on it, and the stickers and papers go with that theme. Then there are usually 2 more packs with papers and stickers, along with a few other things. You can get the cool Disney stickers for special things, like fireworks, and pirate night when you get back...

Also (on a side note) get the biggest pic package that you can afford, because even then you will want more. It's just the whole way they do it, I wanted them all (well almost) and I was really sorry when I got home that I didn't get more the last time...The first time we went that DS was old enough to check himself out of the lab, he made it a point of getting his pic taken with EVERY character. He would check and see who and when all on his own, then go to Shutters and line himself up. Now THAT was an EXPENSIVE pic cruise. I think there was only 1 I didn't get.

What time of year are you cruising??? We just got back last month and since it was toward the end of the year, all the 2007 stuff was marked WAY down. I got the scrapbook album for $15 and the paper kit for $8. Also go back periodically and some things that weren't marked down the day before will have the "red sticker" on it. Sometimes they have some GREAT deals on things.
Also, you can also pick up some really cool things on ebay too!!!
