Disney cruise excursions??

Hi has anyone managed to pre-book excursions through the disney cruise line?
We are travelling with Virgin (booked through a tour operator) for the 7 night Eastern, do we need to find out our cruise reservation number from Virgin?
Any info appreciated.

I cant really answer your question as we have booked our cruise through Disney directly. We booked our excursions with them using our reservation number. You could call them on 001-407-566-7000. You might have more luck by posting this thread over on the Disney Cruise Line Forum as it has people from the UK on it as well.

I have done that , but when I press chat it just keeps taking me back to the front page telling me there are 7 users in the room. It says that I have registered correctly but I dont seem to be able to get in. Do I have to wait until 7pm.

Got it sorted in the end. Stupid AOL. Popped in had a chat then had to pop out quick again as dd came home and I have booked the cruise as a suprise for her birthday and dont want her to ask me what I was chatting about.
