Disney Cruise chat function?

Has anyone been able to use the Disney cruise chat function? I haven't been able to chat with anyone in weeks.
It just keeps saying there is no-one available. I have also tried emailing with no response and I am on hold on the phone
now with a 678 minute wait!! what is happening ??

I think it's related to the long waits with the phone system. Not enough CMs to monitor chat and take calls right now. It's ridiculous.

I have-I got darn lucky. I was composing an email to try and cancel my cruise when I clicked on it and it said I would be connected. It took about 20 minutes, but it did connect me to an agent and I was able to cancel my cruise. It was random luck. I feel like they have one poor CM on that chat function. I would check it randomly-you may get lucky too!
