Disney Cruise app log in struggles

We check the app daily to look for availability and room assignment for the two cabins- it asks me to log in every 10 minutes- and if it needs to take me to MyDisney- I have to log in again- then to go back to Cruise app- log in again. I use an Iphone- is there a trick to get the app to remember my log in?

Is the app up to date?

Worst-case uninstall and re-install - that usually helps.

Make sure that biometrics (Touch ID/Face ID) are enabled for the Disney Cruise app. If not, you will have to manually log on each time.

I used to be able to sign in once and but now it makes me sign in every time...drives me nuts.

I hate the face ID- but enabling that was my only option to avoid the endless request for sign ins. It worked.

That is what I did and it’s so much better now
