I *think* C is for child (I ordered the C10/11 for my 3 year old) and J is for junior (my 8 year old dd would wear the J2/4) ?

I ordered 2 pairs of Minnie Janes for myself last week--- @ $35, using the free shipping code. They still haven't shipped!!!!! I called customer service yesterday, and she couldn't believe it, but also couldn't do anything because it "hadn't dropped in her system" (don't know what that means). She promised that she would personally stay on top of this matter, and gave me her personal extension number. Needless to say, I have now put that personal # to use, if they still haven't left the warehouse, and are now 1/2 the price, it seems to me they should either credit me that amount or cancel my order and let me re-order.

The gal from Crocs just called me back, and she said that once she gets the order to her today (which "they" have said will be by 3:30 CO time), she will call me back and adjust my order. With the sale prices, I am able to ADD a pair of Mickey Caymans for BOTH of my kids (stocking stuffers), and still get $3.50 credited back!!!!! Can't beat that
