DISNEY CROCS $13.99 @ Dick's Sporting Goods w/Google Checkout First Time Customers

That is so strange in that some of you were seeing pink/pearl Disney crocs. When I went to the website yesterday, they were definitely pearl crocs with pink straps. I chose those because I believe the pearl will go with so many other clothes. I do have a pearl "flip-flop" crocs already and really like that color.

I am on hold right now for a supervisor. Apparently I "ordered" the pearl crocs when my daughter insisted on the all pink ones. I know I ordered all pink and the pearl gray looking ones will not do, I might as well have ordered the red mickey ones as that was her 2nd choice but she really, really wants the pink mickey ones. Dick's so far won't help and say to send them back when they arrive and they will give me a refund. But they have not shipped yet!

I just spoke to Supervisor Eric and said he will see what he can do but he was talking about cancelling the order before it shipped. I tried to impress upon him I want the shoes, just in the right color. He is not aware of a problem with the website shoe colors and only knows about call center stuff and kept insisting the color I ordered was pearl while I kept insisting I know I ordered pink. He is in FL and the warehouse is in MO. He will email me and let me know what happens but I am not impressed so far. I don't want to cancel them and then reorder them at the higher price if their sale is no longer going on.

If you refuse shipment, then I don't think you have to pay for the return shipping. I don't know what that would mean for a refund though. But I thought I would throw that out there.

Will they let you exchange them instore for the right color?

I checked our Dick's Store for Disney Crocs and they only had the regular ones and very limited selection. I'm sure that varies by store though.
It will be interesting to see which ones come in the mail. I just rec'd an email that mine shipped. The email says they are "pearl/pink".

Well, when I purchased mine, I too *thought* I was purchasing the Pink with the Pearl Strap. That is the picture I linked from - I did not read the description as closely as I should apparently. So, sure enough my confirmation shows Pearl/Pink I really would prefer the Pink/Pearl... maybe I can learn to love them anyway

There was a problem with Dick's last month sending everyone the wrong colors, apparently they haven't fixed the menu? Everyone who wanted pink got pearl, and vice-versa.

I even canceled my order right after I made it, and I *still* received them.

I'm glad I ordered the red/black. Although secretly wishing they screwed these up too because I really prefer the black/red, but those weren't available in women's size!!

Here is my email replly. Why don't they beleive me when I said I clicked on the pink ones and I don't want the pearl ones! So are they saying the google checkkout link is a different webpage than their store? I linked through fatwallet, placed the order, add the dsg20save coupon and then clicked on the google checkout link, just like the other posters here. I don't usually order online and thought I would give this a try. I don't know any Dick stores in my area to exchange them with. Does anyone have a good contact number for them? Apparently the call center does not know there is a problem.

I'm confused. When I ordered the other night, the first confirmation(Google checkout) email was for $13. 99. The next one from Dick's confirming the order showed $29.99 and the email that they had been shipped said $23. 99. How do I find out what my CC was charged?

I just checked mine and it shows the same thing. Though at the bottom of the google receipt it states that this price may not be shown on the dicks receipt! I went ahead and sent dicks an email to verify the price!! Hope this helps!! Lydia

Ok, trying to get the crocs...set up the google account, verified it, then went through the process at Dick's (ie. checkout) and it pops up with all the discounts, but I can't click the link to process the order...it is just a light gray box rather than the darker gray which would allow me to click and continue..anybody have any ideas how to fix this???

That kept happening to me too and I kept trying to go back and forth to get it to stop. Finally on that page that it stayed gray I just clicked refresh. I really thought it would give me an error page like most websites would do if you tried to refresh on a page like that- but it worked! So try that!

Wow, that's horrible what I'm hearing about getting the right colors! I really won't be happy with pearl shoe with pink strap for my youngest daughter... I have a pair that are like the pearl color (for myself) and they show dirty more than any other color. The emails I got say pink/pearl though- so they better send what the emails say! Or someone is going to be mad...

I hope everyone gets it worked out on the colors. That really stinks!

Their website is pretty weird.. they don't even show the shoes as unavailable or out of stock when they are out! It's still listed there and when you click on it to order it- on that page it only shows how many you want but no size, if you click quantity and add to order, it then shows you the cart with nothing in it. That's pretty weird. It's not that difficult of a program to have it showing out of stock either on the listing page, or take it off the listing page, or show out of stock when you pull up the page for that specific shoe. They seem rather "green" when it comes to online website ordering.

Has anyone else noticed even on other websites that it seems like even those that have "every" size available they have children's sizes up to size 3 and then they have adult sizes starting at "small" which is women's 6-7?

That's odd.. and kinda leaves my eldest daughter out in the dust. Her regular crocs and croc flipflops (not disney, and purchased at local store, not online) are size 4/5... that isn't showing on any websites for the Disney crocs- why would they leave one size out?

Weird.

(one website shows a youth chart up to size 3 then under that says a size 2 youth is comparable to women's 4, and size 3 youth is comparable to women's 5. That is simply not true! My son's crocs are size 2/3 youth and they are NOT the same size as my daughter's size W 4/5 crocs! Size 2 or 3 youth is NOT the same as women's 4 or 5. My daughter has gone thru those sizes- and those shoes are not the same size... she went 2, 3, then off to women's 4 -crocs in 4/5 and those shoes are NOT all the same size. I wish! She'd have a lot more shoes to wear right now if they did! ie: the 2's and 3's got too small, she wears 4 and sometimes 5 now, W 4/5 in the crocs)
