When is the best time to apply for a Disney credit card? Online or in the park? Would like it for our vacation for the discount/ points.

I applied online because it was easy...
If you want it for the perks of booking a vacation package and getting 0% apr for 6 months then you obviously don't wna tot wait until you are already there.

We have already booked our vacation and it's fully paid for. We go in November. But I would like to use it while we are there for purchasing items in the park. I've read souvenir purchases you receive a 5% off.

Its 10% off if you spend $50+ at specific gift shops and you must mention the discount and show the card.
You can be approved immediately online but not sure how long it takes to receive it.

Online and make sure you get a code that gives you $200 statement credit (or gift card) upon approval. In the park, it varies between $50 and $100 statement credit.
