Disney Credit Card Missing DVC Logo.

Just received my Bank One CC and noticed that the DVC logo was no where to be found. I applied on-line via a link on the DVC members site. The link plugged in the DVC code necessary in order to ensure the DVC designation, or so I thought. The card has the "member since day-1" tag, but no DVC. My concern is that perhaps I may not eb able to participate in future DVC-exlusive Bank One offerings. Has this happened to anyone else who used the DVC link? Also, where exactly on the card should DVC appear?

I'm afraid not. The only thing just below my name is the "CHARTER CARDMEMBER" designation, which appears in the same print as my name.

We got my husbands card in the mail, and it did not have the DVC tag on it either (the tag is in the same type as your name, it just says "Disney Vacation Club"). We thought about calling to have it resent but did not. 1 week later we received my card and a new one for him. Both had the DVC tag on them. I suppose you can call and let them know if you really want it. If not sit tight and see if it comes by itself.

It would say Disney Vacation Club under your name instead of Charter Cardmember. I received mine as well with Charter Cardmember on it and called the 1-800 # on the back. They told me at the time that it was a big problem and that someone would get back to me. Someone left a message on my answering machine the next day telling me that my new cards with DVC were in the mail. A few days later I tried to use my card and was denied. I called Bank One and they told me I hadn't activated me card. Well, I had used it for the past week so I knew I actived it. The problem was since they sent out the new one, they reset the activation on it. Anyway, the new card came that day and I now have DVC on it.

I already have the Disney Visa so do I need to call and have it changed to say DVC member since I just joined?

What extra benefits do DVC members get on it?

I'll predict there will be NO DVC benefits to the card. We'll be lucky if there are many WDW benefits in general beyond the reward dollars which are a joke.

You got the none DVC version, I'd also recommend calling. Some have reported calling and were not able to get it changed, others were able to get the card changed to the "DVC version". I too was disappointed it didn't have the logo and the like.

I called today and they said that I would receive my new card with "DVC Cardmember" within 7 days. Thanks to everyone for your advise.
