My son wants a Disney costume for Halloween this year since we'll be in WDW. I've found what he is looking for but the problem is the hats are too little. (And they don't offer an adult size hat in the costume he wants.) Anyone else come across this problem?
If so, what do you do? The costumes are expensive enough without adding more cost.

I made my whole costume including wig and bandanna. Get a wig with dredlocks(any of the costume stores will have them) and a piece of dark red fabric. Wash the fabric until it is faded, or soak in bleach for a few minutes. Fold the fabric to make a long piece about 4 or 5 inches wide and tie it around his head. Make the ties in the back about 6 inches long. Don't forget to tie on some beads.
