Disney Confirmation Number

Hi all,

I'm trying to get this trip a bit more organised and want to link my hotel reservation to My Disney Experience so it attaches to our ADRs etc. We've booked through Travel City so we don't have a Disney Resort Hotel confirmation. I read that some people were able to call Disney and they could find it on their system, which number do you call to get hold of it please?

Also is there a beginner's guide to Magic Bands that you'd recommend? It's been years since our last Disney trip so this is all new & I'm not quite sure what's going on/where and how I get them etc!

Are you travelling this year or next year?

If its this year then Disney may be able to help with getting you linked up - try calling 0800 16 90 749.

If its next year then no one has manage it yet

Magic bands will show on your MDE once you have linked your reservation. You can pick your colour (from 7) and have any name you want on the back (less than 9 characters long!). They function exactly as the old KTTW card except they now use RFID rather than magnetic stripe

Called Disney and they couldn't find the reservation. I'll try emailing TCD and see if they can sort this out.

Not sure if Travel City will work the same way but perhaps they do - but I booked hotels for upcoming June trip through Expedia. Called Expedia asking for a Disney hotel confirmation number (which was 10 or 12 digits); Expedia then called the Disney hotel to get the number before getting back to me - then put that number into MDE with no problems.

I also read that you won't be able to link the booking to MDE until 10 months before if you are staying at OKW or SSR.
