Disney College Program?

I recently just applied online for the Disney College Program for an internship at WDW and I was wondering if anyone knew anything about it? I'm currently in college for hotel/restaurant management. I have a phone interview Tuesday, I'm a little nervous though. Any information at all would be greatly appreciated.
