Disney College Days Tickets Question

I'm an employee at Florida State University, and we recently signed on to the Disney College Days Ticket program. Basically, it provides discounted (1 to 3 day) tickets to university students and staff. I've got a question about them, which I've posed to the agency that partners with Disney to run the program, but I thought I might get a faster response here.

I know I can bring (non university affiliated) guests with these tickets. But if I order tickets through this program, does one of the (up to 6) tickets have to be used by me? I'm wondering because I already have an annual pass to WDW. I'd love to be able to buy all six tickets for my family and then just use my pass for myself. If that's not possible, I'm guessing the deal won't be worth it because we'd basically have to buy a whole extra ticket that would be useless since I have an AP.

My assumption is that I can do this, because the tickets most likely will not have names on them. I will just need to be there to pick them up since I will have been the one that purchased them.

I heard back from the agency. So for future reference, you can buy tickets and give them all away to others. The person that orders the tickets just needs to be there to pick them up from guest services.

I have been looking for information on this program too. I work for another university that participates with this program. I was wondering if you can purchase the tickets and then add additional days or upgrade to an AP? Does anyone know? I assume not but I thought it wouldn't hurt to ask. Thanks for reply!

I am not familiar with that program.

However, if the tickets have printed on them either a "not valid before" date or a "not valid after" date, or both, they cannot be upgraded or modified in any way.

Did they check your FSU ID or something when you pick up the ticket?
I'm a student at FSU and my friends are coming to visit Disney. I really don't want to go there with them so I'm wondering if they could pick up the tickets by themselves.
