For anyone who has used their points at Disney's Port Orleans.........

Do you have a choice of Riverside or Frence Quarter when making reservaitons?

Yes for reservations purposes they treat the two as separate destinations

Now within POR for example you can request Alligator Bayou or the Mansions but this second order choice would be a request.
