Help.

Last September I booked the free dining deal (min of 5 nights required, staying at OKW) for Aug 2009 for 7 nights.

Transpires we only need 5 nights so made enquiries today to take off the 2 nights.

I was told that this change would result in losing the free DDP (and presumably the accom 'deal' price although the cm didn't say so).

Can this be right? It's an amendment so I expected to pay the £25 but as it's still 5 nights so I thought it wouldn't affect the 'DDP deal'.

Any ideas?

T&C's here for Disney.co.uk bookings http://wdtc.disneyinternational.com/Terms-Conditions.asp

It does say if you alter a booking the current prices apply. So yes they are correct you would lose the deal you had but if free DDP is still available you will be able to get it back. You would also have to pay any increases in ticket prices since your 1st booking.
Thats how I read the T&C's. Unless anyone has a different experience.

Thanks folks. Only ever got an email from disney.uk when we booked. Now seen the t&c and I agree that read literally they can do what they suggest.

I've tweaked the figures and we're better off keeping and not using the room (long story, but we're staying in BLT for 3 nights which partly overlap, as we bought DVC after we booked the OKW deal.

Our OKW deal is really good and looking at the new offer, rebooking for 5 nights we'd only save about £100 against the old 7 night price and that is with a 1 bed rather than a 2!
