Disney Club Membership

I am counting the days until Dec 1st. I want to purchase my dc membership and immediately make a reservation for Thanksgiving week 2002. Can anyone tell me , can I purchase park hopper "plus" passes at TDS. Also, will Disney honor the DC discount during Thanksgiving or not. If they won't we'll go again in October. I am just hoping to go during a different season next year, that's all.
