Disney Club Discounts?

I'm a DVC member that's totally out of the loop on how and when to get Disney Club Discounts. We have ressies in January 2003 for the Contemporary. When should I start calling and expecting the DC discounts to be available?

DC discounts for 2001 were announced 10/15/2000 and for 2002 they were announced 9/28/2001. ~ ~
