Disney Club Dining discounts

Is there currently a 10% discount on lunches at the EPOCT or Disney hotel restaurants for Disney Club members?

Here is a link to deb's page that lists the benefits of the Disney Club. Food/dining is about half way down the page. I didn't see anything listed for Epcot, but you may be interested in some of the other restaurants. I don't know if you have an Annual Pass, but you do get discounts on meals with the AP at some resort/themepark restaurants.
