Ok, this may be a ridiculous question... but you know how some people buy Santa suits for Christmas to "surprise" their kids? Is there such a thing as purchasing Disney costumes of your favorite characters (e.g. Chip and Dale) and surprising them for their birthday parties? Maybe that would be very expensive or some sort of infringement of Disney, but does anyone know if a costume can be purchased?
