Here's my question! I am going on Monday to pick up our tix and after reading all this am curious. Are the tickets already in envelopes waiting with our names on them or do they count them out when we get there? Am seeing a couple of "lower level" seating posts and wondering if it means the later you go to pick up seats the farther back the seating is? First pickups get best seating? Not that I am complaining because I am thrilled to have even gotten the letter but wondering if I will need to invest in binoculars.

to the public - we have to be as nice and as polite as we can to the Disney people. If we make it a hassle, they can always choose to close the games - either this year or next...
Plus, remember that since this is a public forum, Disney people can and are watching what we say. We need to be sure to be thankful for everything we've gotten!

hello everyone
Ok , I was there at exactly 8:30 waited in line for at least an hour. When we got there, I made hubby stand in line for our tickets, while I went snooping to find lxh11. When I found her she told me things had gotten off track within the thread, and she tried to catch things that were being said, before everything got way off track.
We were all assuming who and what was going to happen, and some of the information was being distorted. Because this is a taping and so many people have other things going on (movies, commericals, tours, etc.) it was hard to even come up with a schedule for all to participate.
Things were said early on and things got changed around. Things were being released before it was offical.
I'm sure the crowd and ticket situation was a little overhelming this year and wasn't expected.
I had a problem with my tickets as well. I was confirmed march 20th for my tickets, I needed 2 seats and 4 field tickets, but the fire marshall's said everyone has to have the whole party together because if something happend it would be easier to locate everyone within their party.
The kids are not allowed anywhere in the stadium under the age of 12 with out an adult.
Which I totally agree with.
Also because you would be separated from the others for like six to eight hours because you can't and want be allowed to run round everywhere that night.
It is an actual Taping and will be on Tv. People in the seats want be allowed on the field nor will the people on the field be allowed in the seating section. All of us will have bathroom breaks.
I did talk with rosiemary and she's the one that explained what the fire department said. She was told this early on and things changed. So now either it's all seat tickets or all field tickets.
the parking lot will not be open until 4:00pm on May 3rd.
you will need a parking permit and a Drivers License's to park at the WWOS.
You need to wear Bright clothing without logos.(I'm sure All disney stuff will be fine.)
The DCGAMES Shirts are already there in the shop outside of the stadium.
They will be receiving more Dcgames stuff Monday and the rest of the week, per manager in the store. The field is all ready being set up and there are some obstructions, but not enough that you want be albe to see some of the stars.
The taping on friday wasn't going to be but an hour and the people decided it was not worth the hassle of people driving and coming over for that short of a time period. so they cancelled it. It's now closed to the public.
I don't have any information on the Parade either, so if some can confirm that it would be great.
