I'm told this morning that the Friday events won't be open to the public; the events that day will be brief.

Does anyone have ANY idea what the "elaborate game" that is "not open to the public" that starts Friday at 2:00 and will be "very brief" could be?Also does anyone have any information on Friday's red carpet event that is "not open to the public"?Is the BEST GUESS still that it MIGHT be another All-Star Party at Epcot?I just have a feeling that some people know more about events than they are willing to share-AND IF SO I DON'T BLAME YOU ONE BIT! Hopefully,I will be able to obtain the information by "asking around" when I get to WWoS like last year..Also is it time to give up on any participation by HSM?Thanks.

I got my ticket in the packets was just the tickets and a letter for parking with the time the parking opens is 4 pm and the gates open at 7 pm concert at 8 pm - 11pm cooler will not be permitted within the ballpark you must bring the confirmation letter with you in order to park at the complex on may3

Just went and got our tickets. There was barely a line, but the line that was there was due to a few angry guests getting wrong tickets (field instead of seats, wrong number, etc). All the envelope has is the tickets and a confirmation letter you must have in order to park at the WWoS for the concert.

I'm really excited, we ended up with seats in the very first section, in the 8th row... WHOA. Any seat for this concert is a good seat though. They were pretty hard to come by.

I hope all of you get through with no hassles, the people at the box office were awesome.

The Nascar one or whatever it's called? Yeah, it will be open all week. It's also open on the concert night, as per the letter. But no outside food or drinks, which we already knew... It's all concessions and the cafe.

I requested seats - and got 6 seats - but when my sister picked up the tix for our party the man indicated they were field. I am very concerned because I requested seats b/c we have three small children and a grandpa coming with us and I thought standing all night would be too much for us. My seats say lawn row 0341 seats 32 through 27. Does anyone know if these are really field seats? What did you request field or seats and what do your tix reflect? I am freaking out and thinking I am going to have to drive back up to Orlando before our trip and before Wed to ensure this is not ruined. I am just so worried as this was supposed to be an event for the kids and I am really worried about how they will do on the field. And since tix were assigned in order they were requested what does that do to where I am positioned on the field now ??? Oh the stress

Our understanding of the field is that it is general admission. So, if your tickets say "lawn seat" and there's a seat number, I don't think that's the same as field (edited because I got the field and lawn backwards).

Thank you. I just emailed them both. I dont see a section on the seating map for 0341 (although I guess thats my row). Its amazing how panicked I am about this. I am supposed to be at a wedding right now but had to run home and check the dis boards and see if someone could help me. My husband thinks I am crazy. And I dont want anyone to misunderstand - I am VERY grateful for having any tix at all.

The field is standing room only. Did the confirmation letter say that you were given seats? When I went another woman had the same problem and she said "No, I have seats, not field" and showed the lady her letter and they gave her seat tickets and took the field ones back.

You should probably take them back and talk to them in person. You're right about having tickets at all, but I understand your situation about having children and grandpa with you. They were able to help out the woman earlier, I'm sure they could help you out.

Just make sure you have the confirmation letter.

They have the numbers on them just to differentiate between field and seats. Like the websites said at the beginning, if you are on the field you will be standing the entire time. They are not actually seats. It's general admission with everyone around you.

If you actually have seats, then it will say Lower, and have a section, R, and individual seat number.
