yeah we would og got that picture but dear daughter decided to stand someplace else so we were behind them, now she listens to me.lol she thought they were going to sign autograph's so she want to be the first one in line but she forgot they had to leave early to go to another place. we went down and stayed in a tent for the week to get the boys pictures ant to see the parade. she was so mad. i told her next time she'll listen to to me.lol

No one will know until the games, be sure to check around closer to the games. People will be posted more info about it sooner or later!

Also, I've been trying to read everything but there are too many pages. what has everyone arrived at regarding the FanFest?

We have no idea. So far we've decided it's either the 30th or on the 2nd, but no idea where or how it works. The taping schedule is Moday, Tuesday, Thursday from 10-7, and then wednesday no taping and they put friday as to be determined so thats why everyone is guessing friday for a fan fest.

The two main differences between this year's DCG and last year's DCG that we have been able to determine is that the public is not going to be "recruited" to be a part of the "taped" audience and that the DCG Concert stage is going to be in place all week therefore blocking a lot of the outfield view,but I don't think we are really going to know what it is going to be like until we get there.I have GREAT confidence that the interaction opportunities with the DCG Stars will be very similar to last year.We have heard reports of a possible Fan Fest from several reputable sources starting as early as March 6.lxh11,who is a paert of the DCG 2008 "team" has posted that there will not be a Fan Fest this year-AT ANY THEME PARK OR WIDE WORLD OF SPORTS! lxh11 did not categorically post there would be NO fan Fest,so that leaves DTD,the resorts,the water parks AND ALL OF ORANGE AND OSCEOLA COUNTIES AS POSSIBLE SITES!LOL It may well end up that there will be no Fan Fest,but I will GUARANTEE you this-there was one planned at some point in time! I am so glad you decided to join in the FUN! Keep us posted on what ypou hear from your friend's mom-that sounds very promising!

Where can you get autograph books?

We have field seats. However, I am hoping that the stars will walk around and sign autographs and such during the down time. After all, they get bored too!

Another great autograph idea is to get one of the Disney Channel Games 2008 shirts and have the Stars sign the back of it.Last year they were white and a black Sharpie showed up GREAT on them.

Yes, we will be spending some time at WWS this visit. Thank goodness the competition schedule is not hush-hush like the dcgames. We still willl have plenty of time to visit the parks. We visit disney every year so i'm sure we will be on a mission to do all of our favorites! Maybe we can score some dcgames info over the weekend while at the comp... Oh, yeah... the comp is hosting a party at animal kingdom sunday nite from 9-1!!!

I just wanted to mention that there is a possibility that Soft Openings for Toy Story Mania may be happening some of the time that you are there.Be sure to "ask around" when you get there.

To be honest,I don't remember. But that is probably a good thing because if the price had been outrageous,I DEFINITELY would have remembered that!

I was thinking the same thing... I think that would be the smartest way to do any kind of fan-fest, it would keep the amount of people limited. And it makes since because everyone is required to pick up their tickets by then. And not to mention it would make many people VERY HAPPY

I wouldn't be able to walk into a hotel I wasn't staying at without looking suspicious. I'd probably stand out like a sore thumb (how do they stand out anyways?) and they would kick me out right away!

Just an FYI-ALL WDW Resort's lobbies,restaurants and shops are open to the public.If you went to one of the resorts for a SHORT period of time to eat,shop,look at the theming,etc. and just "happened" to see one of the DCGS,I don't think there would be a problem.However if you went and just "hung out"(loitered) all day hoping to see DCGS and then started to chase them or something if you saw them,that would be a MUCH different story.I am SURE you would be promptly escorted from the resort,etc.
